The Wii is in Stores!!

Well, it’s not for sale yet, but if you go visit your local GameStop or EB Games, you can gaze at the Wii demo units. I visited my local GameStop and saw the Wii in person. It’s shiny and tiny. You won’t believe how small it is. Unfortunately, my GameStop had not been visited by a Nintendo rep, so the Wii was not running. They also didn’t have a controller! Hopefully the Nintendo rep will get his rear over to GameStop so I can play the demo game, Excite Truck.

Zelda Impression and New Super Smash Bros. Trailer

I’ve heard a lot hype about the new Legend of Zelda game, Twilight Princess, but until now there hasn’t been any impressions about the game. Well, Nintendo has given 30 journalists an opportunity to play Twilight Princess for 10 hours. The journalists got through the first 2 temples and were far, far away from getting to the 3rd temple. One of the crazy things is that Nintendo said that Twilight Princess will be 70+ hours. While I don’t believe their statement, Twilight Princess probably will take 50+ hours to beat. It took me about 30 hours or 2 weeks to beat Wind Waker. I could be playing this game until Christmas! If you want to read part one of Matt Casamassina’s impression, go here.
